【學(xué)習、工作經(jīng)歷】
劉強，經(jīng)濟學(xué)博士，研究員。中國社會(huì )科學(xué)院數量經(jīng)濟與技術(shù)經(jīng)濟研究所能源安全與新能源研究室主任。全球能源安全智庫論壇秘書(shū)長(cháng)，中國社會(huì )科學(xué)院 “一帶一路與能源互聯(lián)”國際研修班項目負責人。
2004年畢業(yè)于中國社會(huì )科學(xué)院研究生院數量經(jīng)濟與技術(shù)經(jīng)濟系，獲經(jīng)濟學(xué)博士學(xué)位，之后進(jìn)入中國社會(huì )科學(xué)院數量經(jīng)濟與技術(shù)經(jīng)濟研究所工作，2010－2013年任資源技術(shù)經(jīng)濟研究室副主任，2014年之后擔任資源技術(shù)經(jīng)濟研究室（2019年之后擔任改建為能源安全與新能源研究室）主任。2008年8月至2009年8月到美國約翰?霍普金斯大學(xué)尼茲高級國際研究學(xué)院作訪(fǎng)問(wèn)學(xué)者。
2012年之后聯(lián)合美國能源安全理事會(huì )、全球安全研究所（美國）創(chuàng )立全球能源安全智庫論壇，任秘書(shū)長(cháng)，負責論壇的全面組織工作，至2019年已經(jīng)成功舉辦八屆。目前全球能源安全智庫論壇已經(jīng)成為全球能源安全研究與政策領(lǐng)域的重要國際活動(dòng)平臺，受到各國政府和智庫的高度重視。
主要研究方向為能源與戰略資源研究，包括能源安全與政策、石油價(jià)格、新能源、能源經(jīng)濟模型、資源與環(huán)境經(jīng)濟學(xué)，對智能制造、信息社會(huì )、農村問(wèn)題也有研究。

Dr. Qiang Liu is the Co-chair and Secretary-General of Global Forum on Energy Security based at Beijing, China. Qiang works for Chinese Academy of Social Sciences since 2004, he has been the Director of Energy Economics Division, Institute of Quantitative & Technical Economics at Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (IQTE-CASS) since 2014, and was the deputy director of the division since 2010. Qiang is consulting expert for United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) on energy and Belt & Road Initiative.
Qiang is also Professor, Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences since 2008. Qiang was a visiting scholar at the School of Advanced International Studies of John Hopkins University at Washington D.C., focusing on Sino-American economic interaction.
Before joining CASS, Qiang worked for Hebei Swan Chemical Fiber Company for 3 years, and for Beijing Futian Vehicle Company for 5 years..
Qiang holds PhD of economics from the Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
